Owner & Coach - Ryan Gilbert

Ryan Gilbert is the guy behind The Pack Training, bringing more than a decade of experience, technical knowledge and genuine care to every session.

An AIF Master Trainer, Ryan has helped hundreds of people build strength, improve confidence and create lasting change through training that feels structured, supportive and achievable. His experience spans strength training, body recomposition, fat loss, TRX, gymnastics rings and strength and conditioning, giving him a well-rounded approach that can be adapted to every level of fitness.

Ryan’s coaching philosophy is simple: meet people where they are, teach them the skills they need, and support them as they move toward their full potential. The Pack Training was created from that belief — a fitness community where people feel welcomed, encouraged and genuinely looked after, whether they’re just starting out or ready to push further.

Based in Melbourne, Ryan combines expert programming with a hands-on, personal style of coaching. Through group training, individual support and ongoing guidance, he helps members build not just stronger bodies, but greater confidence, consistency and connection.
